A2A Finance Privacy Notice

A2A SECURITY AGENCY INC. (“A2A”, “we”) operates A2A Finance at finance.a2aapp.com for internal bookkeeping. The service is for authorized company staff, not the general public.

What we collect. When an authorized user connects a company bank or credit-card account through Plaid, we receive account identifiers, balances, and transactions (dates, amounts, descriptions). We also store the user’s application login data.

Why. We use this data only to import, categorize, reconcile, and report company finances. We do not sell it. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing. We use Plaid Inc. to connect institutions. Hosting is on our cloud providers (application server and encrypted database). We share data only with service providers that need it to run the service, or if the law requires it.

Retention and deletion. We keep financial records for the current year plus seven years, or longer if a legal hold applies. Connected-account tokens are removed within 30 days after an account is permanently unlinked. Authorized requests to delete or restrict data: admin@a2asecurity.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security. Traffic uses TLS 1.2 or better. Data is stored in our production database with encryption at rest. Access is limited to named staff with a business need. Staff sign in with a password plus an emailed one-time code.
